The Light of Christ

When darkness closes in and fear takes hold, 

And doubts and worries weigh upon your soul.,

Just know that in the midst of all that strife,

The light of Christ will guide you through this lie.

Though trials may come and test your faith,

And hardships seem to block your every way,

Remember that you are not alone, 

For Christ is with you, making His love known.

So when you feel like giving up the fight, 

And all seems lost in the deep of the night,

Just turn your eyes to Him who gives you strength,

And find in His embrace the peace at length. 

For in His hands, all things are made new,

And every broken heart is made whole and true, 

So trust in Him, you have the strength to fight.

Be encouraged, dear one, and do not fear,

For in Christ's love there is no room for tears,

 But only joy, and hope, and endless grace,

And in His love, you will find your rightful place.
