Rising from the Ashes: A Poem of Redemption
Redemption, oh sweet release,
From the chains that bind us tight
A chance to start anew, to cease
The endless struggle at night
For every sin, a path to grace
A way to right the wrongs we've done
To find a new and better place
And bask in the warmth of the sun
It's not an easy road to walk
And often fraught with pain and strife
But with each step, we shed the cloak
Of darkness and embrace new life
Take the hand that's offered now
And let redemption lead the way
For though the path may be unclear
It promises a brighter day
