Solitude: Finding Peace in Stillness

Amidst the noise of life's demands,

I seek a place of peace,

A quiet space where I can be,

And all my worries cease.

In solitude, I find my rest,

In stillness, I draw near,

To hear Your voice within my heart,

And feel Your presence here.

Within the silence of this place,

I find a deeper kind of grace,

A love that fills me to the brim,

And overflows into every space. 

In solitude, I'm not alone,

For You are always near,

Your Spirit whispers words of hope,

And wipes away my fear.

So in this holy solitude, 

I lift my voice in praise to You,

For in Your presence I am blessed,

And all my fears are made anew.

May I find rest in solitude,

And know that you are always true, 

And may Your love surround me still,

In all I say and all I do.
